Warwickshire then sailed over a drop-goal but East Midlands open-side Reuben Pritchard barged over and Charlie Reed once again added the extras.

Warwickshire grabbed one more try before half-time, as did their hosts, with a Reed penalty giving East Midlands a 24-17 half time lead.

Warwickshire levelled things in the second half but from there on in it was all East Midlands, as Reed went over and kicked two penalties before Jack Lewis wrapped things up.
