Match Report
XRugby 7s is a new format of Rugby with the emphasis on enjoyment and low on commitment. The game is quicker, with fewer players and able to be played almost anywhere. The contact element remains but other elements have been tweaked compared to Rugby 7s or the full 15 person Rugby Union game.

The East Midlands Rugby Union hosted a development day for U18 and U15 girls teams at Towcester to promote this new format of the game and allow the girl sin the area a chance to play games in a tournament format.
