An exciting start to our league campaign! Didcot opened the scoring with a breakaway, triggering a powerful response from the Aylesbury Ladies. Strong carries saw both centres, Eve and Captain Anna, cross the whitewash, with Anna converting her own score. After battling all the way to the break, Aylesbury went in at half time 5-12 leaders.

Both teams put on strong defensive performances with huge tackles coming in on both sides of the ball. With the penalty count against the home side growing, a quick tap from Hooker Charlotte saw Aylesbury open their second half account. A clean break and try from Didcot meant the game was far from over, with the pace never letting up for a moment.
