Returns
As these items are produced as a customised product we cannot offer refunds for items that are supplied correctly and not faulty (consistent with distance selling regulations for custom orders). If you have an issue with the items supplied for any reason though please contact us within 14 days of the order being supplied and will will always endeavour to find a solution to the issue.
